Interior design service areas in Northern Arizona

Working in a region you know matters more than people expect. Local trades, local lead times, local stone and how a house actually sits on a slope are not things you learn from a plan set.

Prescott

Home base. A mix of established neighborhoods, granite-dells lots and cabin properties where the existing architecture usually deserves to be worked with rather than erased. Elevation, pine and stone show up in most of what gets built here, and the good remodels respect that.

Prescott Valley

More new construction and newer builder homes, which means a lot of my work is finish-outs and plan review before the slab goes in. Catching a poor kitchen layout at plan stage costs a conversation instead of a change order.

Talking Rock

Larger custom lots and a strong architectural character. Projects here tend to be whole-home and heavily coordinated with the builder from early in the schedule.

Sedona

Red rock views change every decision about window placement, palette and how much the interior should compete with what is outside. I have designed and coordinated a full kitchen and adjacent-space remodel here, start to finish.

Williams and Northern Arizona

Mountain and second-home properties, often with longer lead times and fewer local trades, which makes documented selections and coordinated ordering more valuable, not less.

Phoenix and Scottsdale

Select projects. The drive is worth it for the right whole-home or substantial remodel, and a number of Northern Arizona clients keep a valley home as well.

Designing from another state

A good share of the homes I work on belong to people who are still living somewhere else while it is being built. That works, and it works because the project runs on documentation instead of on you being available for a jobsite decision at 7am.

Selections arrive as drawings and specifications you can review on your own time. Site visits, trade questions and delivery problems get handled here. You see the house at the milestones that matter rather than at every framing question.

Where is your project?

Send the location, the type of project and where you are in the process. If it is a fit, we will talk through what the design work would look like.
