Prescott
Home base since 2023. Prescott work includes whole-home remodels of existing homes, like the Daybreak at Ponderosa cabin, where the original timber, hardwood and character were worth designing around rather than replacing. Being local means site visits and trade questions are handled in person.
Prescott Valley
New construction and finish-outs, where the most useful design work often happens at plan review. Catching a kitchen layout, window placement or lighting conflict while the plan is still on paper costs a revision instead of a change order.
Talking Rock
Custom new construction and whole-home design, coordinated with the builder from early in the schedule so cabinetry, lighting and interior and exterior finishes are documented before they are due.
Sedona
The Heart of the Home was a full kitchen and adjacent-space remodel in Sedona, demolished the week after Thanksgiving and finished by Easter. Sedona projects are planned with the same attention to how the interior relates to what is outside the windows.
Williams and Northern Arizona
Mountain and second-home properties, often owned by people who are not on site every week. Documented selections and a written specification matter even more when decisions are made from a distance.
Phoenix and Scottsdale
Select projects, typically whole-home or substantial remodels. Some Northern Arizona clients also keep a home in the valley.
Designing from another state
A good share of the homes I work on belong to people who are still living somewhere else while it is being built. That works, and it works because the project runs on documentation instead of on you being available for a jobsite decision at 7am.
Selections arrive as drawings and specifications you can review on your own time. Site visits, trade questions and delivery problems get handled here. You see the house at the milestones that matter rather than at every framing question.

- Do you only work in Prescott?
- No. Prescott is home base, and I work throughout Prescott Valley, Talking Rock, Sedona, Williams and the surrounding Northern Arizona communities, plus select Phoenix and Scottsdale projects.
- Can you design my Northern Arizona home if I live in another state?
- Yes. Clients relocating from California, Colorado, Texas and other markets are a regular part of the work. Selections and drawings are reviewed digitally, and site visits and trade questions are handled locally.
- Do you visit the job site?
- Yes. Site visits and specification review are part of construction support on custom homes, remodels and finish-outs.
