While we do not specialize in furniture selection, we can create a furniture plan and incorporate your existing or potential pieces and sizes into the design to ensure proper spacing, functionality and flow.
- Do you handle project management, or will I need to coordinate with contractors myself?
- At Refined Designs we maintain open communication with both clients and contractors throughout the design process. While we focus on the design aspects, we collaborate closely with your contractor to ensure every detail is executed as planned. As your designer, we act as the liaison between you and your contractor, relieving you of the stress of managing the behind the scenes details so you can enjoy a smooth and seamless process.
- Can I hire you for only a few services and not the full package?

- What is your pricing structure?

- Yes. We use 3D images, wall elevations, cross sections and detailed, dimensioned drawings to help you visualize your space with your chosen selections before they are implemented. Proficient in software like Chief Architect, this approach ensures confidence in your decisions and accuracy during installation.
- What kind of projects do you take?
- Custom new construction, luxury whole-home and multi-room remodels, major kitchen and primary suite remodels, space planning and architectural reconfiguration, and luxury home finish-outs. I do not focus on small single-room decorating, styling or quick-fix projects.
- Where do you work?
- Prescott, Prescott Valley, Talking Rock, Sedona, Williams and the surrounding Northern Arizona communities, plus select projects in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Out-of-state owners building or buying in Northern Arizona are a regular part of the practice.
- Can you help if we are out of state?
- Yes. Second-home owners and clients relocating from California, Colorado, Texas and other markets make up a meaningful part of the work. The process runs on video calls, digital selection packages, and site visits made on your behalf.
