Privacy Policy

If you use the contact form, email us or call, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project location and any details you choose to share about your home or project. Contact form submissions are delivered by email to Refined Designs through a third-party email delivery service, which keeps a delivery copy for up to 30 days. Refined Designs keeps inquiries in its own email.

We use that information only to respond to you, evaluate whether a project is a fit, and carry out design services if you become a client.

Like most websites, this site may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. This may be collected through website hosting logs and analytics services in order to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for basic site functionality and for aggregate analytics. Analytics providers may set their own cookies and process usage data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core pages of this site will continue to work.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help operate the website or communications, with builders, architects, vendors and trades where it is necessary to carry out design work you have engaged us for, or where required by law.

Client names, addresses and identifying details are not published. Projects shown on this site use aliases, and photography is published only where we have the right to do so.

We keep inquiry and project communications as long as needed for business and recordkeeping purposes, and use reasonable measures to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you have given us, and you may opt out of email or text communications at any time by replying to say so. Contact natalie@refineddesigns.net or call 970-946-4002.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
