Refined Designs LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.
What we do
The site is built with semantic HTML and a single clear heading structure on each page, a skip link to main content, visible keyboard focus, descriptive alternative text on project photography, labeled form fields, and color contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Animation is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. As content and photography are added, we review headings, alternative text and contrast. Third-party embedded content may not always meet the same standard, and we work to limit our reliance on it.
